A few “burgers” off the roach coach downrange in the Army cured me from any desire to ever eat lunch from a food truck.
It’s seafood, Brad. And it’s been “cooked,” if you can call it that, only by the acidity in the citrus juices in which it has been left to sit at room temperature for an indeterminate period of time.
