Murmansk

I do believe this is a picture of the decommissioned Soviet cruiser Murmansk, a Sverdlov class gun cruiser decommissioned in 1980. Sold for scrap in 1994, she ran aground on the coast of Norway while being towed to India.  They’ve essentially built a one time use drydock around her to allow heavy equipment to reach her for cutting up in place.

The Sverdlov’s were the last all-gun  cruisers built in the world.
