I remember when he died 13 years ago –Someone I’d known all my life was suddenly gone, and left a void.

I’d wager that every one of you is wondering, “who is Sparky?”

And I’ll wager that you have known him – most of your lives.

While Sparky died 13 years ago, his comic strip, Peanuts, was so loved world wide that his strip is still in newspapers around the world. Does anyone know of another comic strip that is as well-loved?

Of course, Sparky is Charles M. Schulz – he was known as Sparky to all of his friends.
