“we may share information provided in your application with the appropriate authorities for law enforcement and audit activities.”

The lead story over at Drudge, via The Weekly Standard.   Share your data, possibly medical and financial data, with law enforcement and audit activities?  Yessiree.  So says the People’s Republic of Maryland.  And Comrade, er, Governor O’Malley.

Ahhh, Obamacare.  And government overreach.  Tyranny around every corner.  And mouse click.

Government shut-down?   It is beginning to sound like the best idea I have heard in quite a while.   Maybe that way at least SOME of the Bill of Rights will not be trampled.

  2. And you have a high hurdle claiming a 5th Amendment protection, since O’care’s mandate is a tax, not a penalty. You can hardly complain the information was coerced.

Though Connecticut’s independent providers won’t be sharing immigration information, since that would also be racist.
